| 摘 要： | 目的总结重症手足口病（HFMD）并发心血管损害的治疗效果。方法对211例重症HFMD合并心血管损害的治疗效果作回顾性总结分析。结果 211例重症患者中,治愈190例,占90.05%;好转16例,占7.58%;无效而自动出院2例,占0.95%;死亡3例,占1.42%。结论对并发心血管损害者可早期应用甲基泼尼松龙,重型病例使用一般剂量,危重型病例使用大剂量冲击疗法;正确使用血管活性药物,对血压升高、心率增快者使用维持量米力农持续静脉滴注,疗效优于洋地黄。
