腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌手术51例分析

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾分析2007年3月—2010年10月我科51例直肠癌患者行腹腔镜辅助下直肠癌根治术的临床资料。结果 51例均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间（140±20）min,平均出血（80±10）ml,术后肠道功能平均恢复时间（40±11）h,平均住院（10±2）d;无围术期死亡及并发症发生;术后随访1～36个月,切口及Trocar处未见肿瘤种植转移。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者创伤小、出血少、痛苦轻、并发症少、康复快,是治疗直肠癌安全有效的方法。

Analysis on laparoscopic assistant operation for 51 cases with rectal cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and surgical method of laparoscopic assistant operation for rectal cancer. Methods 51 patients with rectal cancer from Mar 2007 to October 2010 in our section office underwent laparoscopic radical operation,and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation was successfully performed in 51 cases,the average operative time was（140±20）min,the mean blood loss was（80±10）ml,the average recovery time of postoperative bowel function was（40±11）h,the average hospital stay was（10±2）d;no case died during perioperative period and no complications occurred;patients were followed up for 1~36 months after operation,no implantation metastasis of incision and Trocar were found. Conclusion Laparoscopic assistant operation is an effective and safe treatment for patients with rectal cancer.It has the advantage of minimal incision and hemorrhage,slight pain,less complications and rapid recovery.
