瑶医康复排毒方用于产后康复的临床研究

目的观察瑶医康复排毒方用于产后康复的临床效果。方法 240例住院分娩的正常产后产妇随机分为两组,治疗组于产后使用瑶医康复排毒方,对照组于产后予常规会阴消毒、口服新生化颗粒。观察两组治疗后产后恢复及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组产后恢复优良率和并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑶医康复排毒方在治疗产后产妇恢复上效果显著,且大大降低了患者产后相关并发症发生。

Clinical Observation of Yaoyikangfupaidu Decoction in Treatment of Postpartum

Objective To observe the effect of Yaoyikangfupaidu decoction in treatment of postpartum. Methods 240 cases of normal postpartum were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group treated with Yaoyikangfupaidu decoction, the control group were giv- en routine postpartum perineum disinfection and oral Xinshenghua granule. Postpartum recovery and the incidence of complications were ob- served after treatment. Results The excellent - and - good rate and the complication rate in treatment group compared with control group has statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Yaoyikangfupaidu decoction in treatment of postpartum has remarkable effect, can greatly reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.
