搏心通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用

目的观察搏心通胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法60例随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服搏心通胶囊,每次10粒,每日3次;对照组30例口服速效救心丸每次10粒,每日3次。结果治疗组和对照组均可明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,搏心通组总有效率为89.65%,速效救心丸组为96.42%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血清NO、SOD水平均明显升高(P<0.05),MDA水平均明显降低(P<0.05),两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论搏心通胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效明显,能明显升高NO、SOD,明显降低MDA,且无任何毒副作用。

Protection of Boxintong Capsule against Lipid Peroxide Injury in the Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Atherosclerotic Cardiopathy

Objective: To observe the influence of Boxintong capsule on NO,MDA and SOD in patients with angina pectoris.Methods : 57 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients in treatment group were treated by Boxintong capsule,10 piles once,three times a day.The other 28 patients in control group were treated with Suxiaojiuxin pill. Results: The symptoms of both groups were significantly improved,the total effective rate of Boxintong capsule group and Suxiaojiuxin pill group were 89.65%and 96.42%respectively(P>0.05).NO and SOD were markedly elevated after treatment in the both groups(P<0.05). MDA were markedly declined after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Boxintong capsule is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris,the decline in MDA and the elevation of NO and SOD.Without side effect.
