| 摘 要： | 目的观察兰芩化浊解毒方对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变浊毒内蕴型患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予中药兰芩化浊解毒方,对照组给予胃复春口服。观察两组治疗前后症状、胃镜病理变化、及相关生化指标的变化。结果治疗组在改善临床症状及胃黏膜组织病理情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论兰芩化浊解毒方能够改善慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变浊毒内蕴型患者临床症状,逆转癌变病变状态。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions turbidity poison intrinsic type patients. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were given Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction and the control group were given Weifuchun. To observe the changes of two groups of symptoms, gastroscope pathological, and related biochemical index before and after treatment. Results The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and gastric mucosa tissue pathological condition were better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction can improve the patients＇clinical symptoms, reversal cancerous lesions state. |
