通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠左心功能的影响

目的观察通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠左心功能的影响。方法采用结扎冠状动脉制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,以左心功能为观测指标,观察通阳逐瘀法对大鼠急性心肌缺血左心功能的改善作用。结果与假手术组比较,模型组EF、FS、Em/Am值明显降低(P0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组(除大黄提取物组外)EF、FS、Em/Am值明显升高(P0.01)。对EF值和FS值的影响,各通阳逐瘀组之间、通阳逐瘀组和葱白提取物组之间没有显著差异(P0.05),优于大黄提取物组和硝酸甘油组之间(P0.05);对Em/Am值的影响,各通阳逐瘀组之间、通阳逐瘀组和硝酸甘油组之间没有显著差异(P0.05),优于葱白提取物组(P0.05)。结论通阳逐瘀法具有良好的改善急性心肌缺血大鼠左心功能的作用。

Effects of Activating Yang and Removing Stasis on Left Ventricular Function of Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rats

Objective To study the effect of activating yang and removing stasis on left ventricular function in acute myocardial ischemia rats. Method To establish the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia by ligation of coronary artery, the left ventricular function as observa- tion indexes, to observe the effect of activating yang and removing stasis on left ventricular function in acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Resuits Compared with the sham operation group, model group of EF, FS, Era/Am decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; compared with the model group, the treatment group of （with the exception of rhubarb extract group） EF, FS, Em/Am was significantly higher （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the effects of EF value and FS value in,Tongyangzhuyu group and fistular onion stalk extract group had no significant difference （P 〉0.05） , they were better than that of rhubarb extract group and nitroglycerin group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the influence of Em/Am value in Tongyangzhuyu and nitroglycerin group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and there were better than that of fistular onion stalk extract group. Conclusion Activating yang and blood stasis has good effect in improvement LV function in acute myocardial isehemia rats.
