戊酸雌二醇联合阿司匹林对促排卵子宫内膜容受性的影响

目的：观察戊酸雌二醇联合阿司匹林对克罗米芬促排卵周期子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法：将本院75例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为克罗米芬组（ C组）、克罗米芬＋戊酸雌二醇组（ CE组）和克罗米芬＋戊酸雌二醇＋阿司匹林组（ CEA组）,每组各25例,观察3组患者HCG日子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型、子宫动脉搏动指数（ PI）、子宫动脉血流阻力指数（ RI）；排卵后7 d子宫内膜厚度、PI、RI,临床妊娠率及不良反应。结果：CE组和CEA组HCG日子宫内膜厚度、A型内膜率、排卵后7 d子宫内膜厚度显著高于C组,CEA组的PI值和RI值低于C组和CE组,CEA组临床妊娠率高于C组和CE组,而不良反应显著低于C组和CE组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：戊酸雌二醇能改善克罗米芬诱导排卵中子宫内膜的发育,与小剂量阿司匹林合用时,通过加强子宫血流灌注,改善子宫内膜的容受状态,降低不良反应并提高临床妊娠率。

Effects of estradiol valerate combined with aspirin on ovulation induction for endometrial receptivity

Objective：To observe the effects of estradiol valerate combined with aspirin on ovulation induction for endometrial receptivity. Methods：75 patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into clomiphene group （ group C ） , clomiphene＋estradiol valerate group （ group CE ） and clomiphene＋ estradiol valerate＋ aspirin （ group ） CEA, 25 cases in each group. On the day of HCG, the endometrial thickness, endometrial type, pulsatility index （ PI） and resistive index （ RI） of the three groups were obversed. 7 days after the ovulation, the endometrial thickness, PI, RI, clinical pregnancy rate and adverse reaction were also observed. Results： On HCG day, the endometrial thickness, A type endometrium rate, and the endometrial thickness 7 d after the ovulation of group CE and group CEA were significantly higher than those of group C. The PI value and RI value of group CEA were lower than those of group C and group CE. While the clinical pregnancy rate of group CEA was higher than that of group C and group CE, and its adverse reaction was significantly lower than that of group C and group CE, with no statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Estradiol valerate can improve the endometrial development induced by clomiphene during ovulation. It can also improve endometrial receptivity, reduce adverse reaction, and improve clinical pregnancy rate through the combination with aspirin, and the enhancement of endometrial blood perfusion.
