乳癖汤治疗肝郁痰瘀互结型乳腺增生病临床观察

目的探讨乳癖汤治疗肝郁痰瘀互结型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将符合中、西医诊断标准的1 96例患者随机分为观察组( 1 3 0例)和对照组( 66例) ,观察组服用乳癖汤,对照组服用乳块消片。两组均除月经期间停药外,连续服药2个月后,观察疗效。结果乳癖汤组和对照组对乳腺增生病均有很好的疗效(总有效率分别为96.92 %、86.3 6% ) ,均能明显改善患者证候(总有效率分别为96.1 5 %、84.85 % ) ,但乳癖汤组优于对照组(P <0 .0 1 ) ;两组均能有效地缩小乳房肿块、缓解乳房疼痛,但乳癖汤组优于对照组(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ;乳癖汤组在消除其他伴随症状方面也表现出一定的优越性。结论乳癖汤对肝郁痰瘀互结型乳腺增生病有良好的治疗作用,疗效优于乳块消片

The Effects of Rupi Decoction on Mastoplasia in the Pattern of Liver Depression and Phlegm Stasis: An Observation of 196 Cases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Rupi Decoction (RPD) on mastoplasia (MP) in the pattern of liver depression and phlegm stasis (LDPS). Methods 196 cases of confirmed MP in the pattern of LDPS were randomly divided into Group A (n=130) and Group B (n=66). Group A was treated with RPD and Group B with Rukuaixiao tablets. Both groups were treated for 2 months except for the period of catamenia, and then, the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results The total effective rate on MP was 96.92?% in Group A and 86.36?% in Group B (P<0.01), and the total effective rate on the TCM symptom complex was 96.15?% in Group A and 84.85?% in Group B (P<0.01). The tumors in breasts were reduced and the pains were relieved in both groups but it was more effective in Group A (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The effect in Group A in improving other concomitant symptoms was superior to that in Group B. Conclusions RPD is significantly effective for the treatment of MP in the pattern of LDPS, and the effect is better than that of Rukuaixiao tablets.
