抑郁症患者血清脑源性神经营养因子水平与辨证分型关系分析

目的探讨抑郁症患者血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平与中医辨证分型之间的关系。方法病证结合选取30例抑郁症患者，其中肝郁气滞证16例，肝郁脾虚证14例。并选取30例健康人作对照。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定患者组及对照组的抑郁状态；采用EHSA检测各组血清BDNF水平。结果肝郁气滞证组、肝郁脾虚证组患者血清BDNF值均低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。肝郁脾虚证组患者血清BDNF值低于肝郁气滞证组患者。差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论抑郁症患者血清BDNF值在不同证型之间的差异，提示BDNF对抑郁症的中医辩证可能具有一定的参考价值。

An Analysis of the Relationship Between Serum BDNF Levels and Syndrome Diffeventiation in Patients with Depression

Objective To explore the relationship between serum BDNF levels and syndrome differentiation in patients with depression. Methods 30 cases of patients were divided into two groups. 16 cases of them were Liver depression and Qi stagnation and 14 were Liver depression and Spleen deficiency. 30 healthy persons were selected by random as the controling group. The state of depression was measured with Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) and serum BDNF levels in depression patients and healthy controls were assayed by ELISA. Results Serum BDNF levels in patients with Liver depression and Qi stagnation and Liver depression and Spleen deficiency were respectively lower than those in controls, and there were significantly differences (P<0.05, P<0.01). Serum BNDF levels in patients with Liver depression and Qi stagnation were significantly lower than those in Liver depression and Spleen deficiency (P<0.05). Conclusions Serum BNDF levels are different between patients with Liver depression and Qi stagnation and Liver depression and Spleen deficiency, which indicates that BDNF may be of reference value in syndrome differentiation of depression.
