| 摘 要： | 目的观察用中西药分别治疗普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法60例普通型手足口病患儿随机分为四季抗病毒合剂治疗组30例和利巴韦林对照组30例，分别采用四季抗病毒合剂、利巴书林治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93．3％，明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组退热时间、口腔溃疡及手足皮疹消失时间均短于对照组。结论四季抗病毒合剂对症治疗普通型手足口病有一定疗效，且无明显毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic use of Chinese and Western medicines were common hand, foot and mouth disease in clinical efficacy. Methods 60 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease common infants were randomly divided into four treatment groups antiviral agent ribavirin in 30 cases and 30 cases of the control group, respectively, using four anti-viral agent, ribavirin treatment. Results The total effective rate 93.3%, significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; antipyretic treatment group time, hand, foot and mouth ulcers and skin rash disappeared a short time in the control group, Conclusion The four anti-virus mixture symptomatic treatment of common type of hand-foot-mouth disease have a certain effect, and no significant side effects. |
