针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的观察针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将56例气血亏虚型颈性眩晕患者，随机分为对照组（针灸治疗）和观察组（针灸合加味益气聪明汤治疗），观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效，眩晕程度、椎动脉血流速度、椎动脉脉冲指数（PI）、血清纤维蛋白原（Fibrinogen，Fib）、血清总胆固醇（total cholesterol，TC）值变化。结果对照组痊愈率12％；观察组痊愈率32％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后椎动脉血流速度变缓（P〈O．01），椎动脉PI值降低（P〈O．05），观察组Fib与TC值下降明显（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前后差值进行比较，观察组椎动脉血流速度（P〈O．01）、Fib、TC（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕有效，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on the curative effects of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction on cervical vertigo with Qi and blood deficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction in treating cervical vertigo with Qi and blood dificiciency. Methods 56 patients with Qi and blood deficiency type cervical vertigo were randomly divided into control group（treated with acupuncture） and treatment group（treated with acupuncture combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction）. The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were observed before and after treatments on the changes of vertigo degree, blood flow rate of vertebral artery, pulse index（PI）, serum fibrinogen（Fibrinogen, Fib） and total cholesterol（TC）. Results The total effective rate was 12% in control group and 32% in treatment group; the difference between the 2 groups had statistic significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, in both groups vertebral artery blood flow rate was reduced （P〈0.01） and vrtebral artery PI decreased （/9〈0.05）. After treatment, in treatment group Fib and TC was decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Comparing efficacy of 2 groups,the changes of vertebral artery blood flow rate（P〈0.01）, Fib（P〈0.05）, TC（P〈0.05） and the degree of vertigo （P〈0.05） in the treatment group were more significant than those of control group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction is effective in treating cervical vertigo with Qi and blood deficiency and worthy of clinical promotion.
