| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法对辨证属肝阴虚证的２７例患者的血清甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素进行测定，结果显示，肝阴虚证患者血清Ｔ３显著低于正常对照组，ｒＴ３／Ｔ３显著高于正常对照组，差异均具有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．０５），提示肝阴虚证患者的存在低Ｔ３综合征的共同病理基础。

| Abstract: | Serum thyroid hormone and thyrotropic hormone in 27 cases of liver yin deficient patients were determnined with radio-immunoassay.The results showed that serum T 3 was notably lower and rT 3/T 3 higher than those of control group with significant difference ( P< 0.01, P<0.05 ).It suggested that all patienst with liver yin deficiency had the same pathological foundation of low T 3 syndrome. |
