摘    要:目的:采用共振瑞利散射法(Resonance Rayleigh scattering,RRS)测定不同制剂中阿米卡星(Amikacin,AMK)的含量.方法:考察RRS增强的机理、反应条件对RRS强度的影响以及AMK浓度与RRS强度的关系.结果:在pH3.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲液中,滂胺天蓝(Pontamine sky blue,PSB)与AMK在静电引力及疏水性作用结合成组成比为2∶1的离子缔合物.AMK的浓度在0.01~1.7mg/L范围内与RRS强度成正比,检出限(3σ)为3.0μg/L.结论:该法简便快速、结果准确可靠,可用于不同制剂中AMK的含量测定.
