| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达与肿瘤恶性程度、浸润转移的相关性.方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法测定MMP-3在各儿童常见肿瘤组织中表达的强度.结果:MMP-3的表达强度在恶性肿瘤转移组、恶性肿瘤未转移组、良性肿瘤组之间均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:在儿童常见实体肿瘤中,MMP-3表达与肿瘤恶性程度相关,MMP-3表达越强,肿瘤恶性程度越高,浸润转移可能性也越大.提示MMP-3可作为预测儿童实体瘤转移与预后的一个临床指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between MMPs and the metastasis and the malignant degree of tumors in children.Methods:The expression of MMPs in different tumor groups was measured by means of immuno-histochemistry.Results:The expressions of MMP-3 in cytoplasm of tumor cells were observed.There was significant difference( P <0.05) among the groups.Conclusion:In solid tumors of children,the expression of MMP-3 has close relationship with degree of malignancy.The stronger the expression of MMP-3 is, the higher the degree of malignancy is and the more probable the metastasis.It suggests that MMP-3 could be a marker to forecast the metastasis of tumors and to estimate the prognosis of tumors. |
