肺癌患者血清及支气管冲洗液中EGF的含量

目的 观察肺癌患者血清及支气管冲洗液中ＥＧＦ的水平。方法 用ＲＩＡ法测定了肺癌（ＬＣ）、良性肺疾病（ＢＰＤ）和正常人（ＮＳ）血清支气管冲洗液（ＢＷＦ）ＥＧＦ水平，并分析了肺癌病人ＢＷＦ与血清中ＥＧＦ的相关性。结果 肺癌患者血清和支气管冲洗液中ＥＧＦ的水平高于正常对照组和良性肺疾病组（Ｉ〈０．０５）。但与肺癌的组织学类型、分期无关；支气管冲洗液与血清ＥＧＦ之间呈正相关（Ｉ＝０．７７，Ｉ〈０．０５）。

The levels of EGF in human serum and bronchial washing fluid (BWF) from patients with lung cancer

Objective The levels of EGF were observed in human serum and bronchial washing fluid (BWF) from patients with lung cancer. Methods The levels of EGF were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in human serum and bronchial washing fluid (BWF) from patients with lung cancer (LC) and patients with benign pulmonary disease(BPD) and normal controls (NC).The correlation between the levels of BWF EGF and the levels of serum EGF were studied in LC patients .Results The levels of serum EGF and the levels of BWF EGF in patients with LC were significantly higher(P<0.05) than those in patients with BPD and NC The levels of serum EGF and the levels of BWF EGF were not related to the histologic type and clinical stage of lung cancer. The level of BWF EGF had positive correlation with serum level of it in LC patients. (r=0.77, P<0.05) Conclusion The determination of EGF levels in serum and in BWF may be a helpful method for diagnosis of LC.
