| 摘 要： | 目的：了解心肌抗体ＩｇＭ测定在病毒性心肌炎诊断中的价值；方法：用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定１１０例病毒性心肌炎患者及６２例对照组病人心肌抗体，与心肌酶谱作对比分析；结果：病毒性心肌炎心肌抗体ＩｇＭ阳性率９０．０％，特异性８７．１％，阳性率较心肌酶谱阳性率８３．３％高，但无显著性差异；结论：心肌抗体ＩｇＭ测定对病毒性心肌炎有早期辅助诊断意义，并有简便、快速的优点。

| Abstract: | Purpose: Study the diagnostic value of Myocardium-antibody IgM in viral Myocarditis. Method: Myocardium-antibody IgM were detected with ELISA method in 110 patients with Myocarditis and 62 control patients. Then the detected Myocardium-antibody IgM were analyzed and compared with the Myocardium-enzyme spectrum. Results:the positive rate of Myocardium-antibody IgM is 90.0% and the specificity is 87.1% in the patients with Myocarditis compared with Myocardium-enzyme spectrum, the positive rate of Myocardium-antibody IgM is higher (90.0% vs. 83.8%),but no significant difference. Conclusion: The detection of Myocardium-antibody IgM is a simple and fast method. It can be used to help the early diagnosis of viral Myocarditis. |
