黄花菜根多糖的超声提取及含量测定

摘    要:目的探讨超声波法提取黄花菜根多糖最佳条件,并测定其含量。方法通过单因素实验和正交试验,确定超声提取最佳工艺。用苯酚-硫酸法测定黄花菜根多糖的含量。结果正交试验结果表明各因素影响程度依次为:提取温度〉超声功率〉超声时间〉料液比,超声波法提取黄花菜根多糖最佳条件为:超声时间10 min,超声功率70 Hz,料液比1∶20,浸提温度70℃。在此参数条件下多糖的提取率达15.95%。结论超声波法提取黄花菜根多糖具有省时、节能、提取率高等优点。
