| 摘 要： | 目的 合成槲皮素-镧配合物并进行光谱表征.方法 采用正交试验对反应温度、pH、反应时间等合成条件进行研究,利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱对槲皮素-镧配合物的结构进行表征.结果 反应温度对产率的影响显著,pH次之,反应时间影响最小.结论 最佳合成条件:反应温度80 ℃、pH 9、反应时间5 h.
