颈椎病椎间盘光电镜结构及组织化学变化

摘    要:目的:观察颈椎病患者椎间盘光电镜形态以及组织化学变化,探讨颈椎病病因. 方法:用光电镜及组织化学方法,对颈椎病患者(n=15)椎间盘进行观察研究. 结果:颈椎病患者的椎间盘组织出现纤维断裂、增粗、排列紊乱,坏死细胞增多,椎间盘酸性磷酸酶活性呈阳性,碱性磷酸酶活性呈弱阳性,PAS呈强阳性. 结论:颈椎病患者椎间盘光电镜形态和组织化学的改变,支持椎间盘退行改变的观点.

Structure and histochemical changes of cervical intervertebral disc in cervical spondylosis
Abstract:AIM: To explore the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis by studying the structure and histochemical changes of the cervical intervertebral discs in patients with cervical spondylosis. METHODS: The morphological and histochemical changes of the cervical intervertebral discs in patients with cervical spondylosis ( n =15) were observed by using light microscope and electron microscope. RESULTS: The collagen fibers were broken, widened and polymerized into big fibers. The necrotic cells increased, the acid phosphatase staining was positive and the activity of the alkaline phosphatase decreased, while PAS positive substance in the reaction of polysaccharide increased in patients with cervical spondylosis. CONCLUSION: The degeneration and protrusion of the cervical intervertebral discs play some important roles in cervical spondylosis.
