隐匿性高血压患者血清SOD、MDA与NO的水平变化

摘    要:目的 研究隐匿性高血压(masked hypertension,MH)患者血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)与一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)水平的变化.方法 选取诊所血压正常的健康体检者212例,根据24h动态血压(ABP)检测结果分为两组:隐匿性高血压组(MH)56例、正常对照组(NBP) 156例;对比分析两组血清NO、SOD及MDA的水平.结果 与NBP组比较,MH组MDA(5.92±1.64 vs 5.10±1.21 μmoL/L,P<0.05)水平明显升高;SOD(133.48±19.13 vs146.36±20.26kU/L,P<0.05)、NO(62.42±13.63 vs 76.12±16.72μmol/L,P<0.05)明显降低.Logistic多元回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、BMI、MDA、SOD、NO与MH密切相关.结论 MH患者体内存在异常的氧化应激反应及内皮功能损伤,MDA是MK的危险因子之一,SOD、NO为其保护因子.

Changes of Malondialdehyde,Superoxide Dismutase and Nitric Oxide in Patients with Masked Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To study the level of serum malondialdehyde (M DA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with masked hypertension(MH).Methods Totally 212 subjects whose clinic blood pressure(CBP) were normal were divided into two groups according to the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM):patients with MK group (n =56) and healthy control group (n =156).The level of serum MDA,SOD and NO were measured and assessed.Results In patients with masked hypertension,the MDA was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but the SOD and NO were lower(P both < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,smoking,body mass index,the level of serum MDA,SOD,NO were related to carotid atherosclerosis closely.Conclusion There was abnormal oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function in patients with masked hypertension.The level of serum MDA was one of the risk factors and the level of serum.SOD,NO were protective factors for MK.
