服镁后血镁钙及24小时尿钙和钙/肌酐比值变化

研究服镁后，血镁钙及24h尿钙和钙／肌酐比值变化及与妊高征发生的关系。方法：采用前瞻性随机双盲的方法，对治疗组52例（治疗1组24例和治疗2组28例）孕妇自孕28周起，连续服用葡萄糖酸镁，每日3g。结果：治疗组血钙明显高于对照组；治疗2组的尿钙和钙／肌酐明显高于对照2组，且妊高征发生率3．57％，明显低于对照2组（30．77％）；治疗组和对照组尿钙与钙／肌酐比值分别呈正相关关系。结论：服镁后，调节体内钙平衡，使妊高征发生率降低。

CHANGES OF SERUM MAGNESIUM,CALCIUM,THE 24-HOUR CALCIUM EXCRETION,AND THE CALCIUM/CREATININE RATIO AFTER INTAKE OF MAGNESIUM GLUCONATE

Objective: To study the changes of serum magnesium, calcium & the 24-hour urinary calcium excretion, and calcium/creatinine ratio (Ca/Cr) after intake of magnesium gluconate & the relation between them and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: Prospective randomized double-blind study was carried out in 52 pregnant women as treatment groups including treatment group 1 (24 cases) and treatment group 2 (28 cases), Magnesium gluconate (3 g/day) was given consecutively from the 28th week of gestation. Results: Serum calcium concentration in the treatment groups were significantly higher than that in the control groups. The 24-hour urinary calcium concentration, and Ca/Cr ratio in treatment group 2 were significantly higher than that in control gnup 2. Only 3. 57% of treatment group 2 developed PIH, which was significantly lower than that in control group 2 (30. 77%). The 24-hour urinary calcium excretion correlated well with the Ca/Cr ratio in all the groups. Conclusion: It was presumed that the intake of magnesium gluconate regulated the calcium balance and decreased the incidence of PIH.
