摘    要:检测了12例感染性休克患儿外周血中NO^-2/NO^3,循环内皮细胞及丙二醛,同时检测30例健康儿童作为对照。结果;感染性休克患儿NO^-2/NO^-3,CEC及MDA均极显著高于正常组,且NO^2/NO^-3的增高与CEC,MDA的改变有显著相关性。

Abstract:The changes in serum level of NO2-/NO3-,circulating endothelial cells(CEC)and malonyldiad-edyde(MDA)in peripheral blood were determined in 12 children with infections shock and 30 normal control subjects. The results showed that the level of NO2-/NO3-,CEC and MDA content were significantly higher in children with infections shock than in normal subjects (P<0.01). And the increase of NO2-/NO3- was obviously related to the changes in CEC,MDA. The findings suggest that the increase of serum NO,the damage of VEC and lipid peroxidation take part in the pathophysiological mechanism of infections shock.
