| 摘 要： | 目的 观察C型钠尿肽对博莱霉素诱导的小鼠肺纤维化的抑制作用.方法 经气管注射博莱霉素制作肺纤维化小鼠模型,将实验动物分为三组,包括空白对照组、博莱霉素处理组(BLM组)和C型钠尿肽干预组(CNP组),于第1、3、7、14天进行肺泡灌洗,回收各组肺泡灌洗液并检测炎性细胞和IL-1β量;记录药物处理后小鼠死亡率;第14天处死小鼠,取肺组织制备病理切片后评价各组模型肺组织形态学变化,测定肺组织匀浆中羟脯氨酸含量.结果 BLM组的肺纤维化和炎症反应较明显,死亡率高;CNP组与BLM组相比,肺纤维化程度减轻,炎性细胞较少,组织羟脯氨酸含量减低,死亡率下降.结论 C型钠尿肽能减轻博莱霉素诱导的小鼠肺纤维化,与干预炎症因子的产生及纤维化过程有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of C-type natriuretic peptide on the bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Methods The mice were given an intratracheal injection of BLM or 0.9% saline and assigned to receive continuous infusion of CNP or vehicle,and then divided into three groups:the control group,BLM group,and BLM group treated with CNP.
