骨科手术围手术期多模式镇痛的疗效评价

目的评价围手术期多模式镇痛在骨科手术的疗效。方法将110例于我科实施骨科手术的患者随机分为两组：试验组在围手术期多模式使用镇痛药物,对照组术后常规使用镇痛药物。记录术后镇痛药物的使用量及整个围手术期镇痛药物的使用量。于术后不同时间段采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估患者疼痛程度。结果术后24h、术后48h试验组镇痛药物（吗啡）的用量明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）,试验组围手术期镇痛药物（吗啡）的用量明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）,术后术后2h、术后24h、术后48h试验组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论围手术期多模式镇痛药物的应用能有效的减轻术后疼痛并能减少阿片类药物的使用量及相关副作用。

Perioperative multimode analgesia in orthopedic surgery

Objective To evaluate the perioperative multimode analgesic effect in orthopedic surgery.Methods 110 patients receiving orthopedic surgery in our department were randomly divided into 2 groups： Experimental group was given perioperative analgesic drugs;Control group received postoperative analgesic drugs.Postoperative usage of analgesics and the total perioperative usage of analgesic drugs were recorded.At different time points after surgery visual analog pain scale（VAS） was used to assess pain degrees.Results On the postoperative day 1 and 2,the dosage of analgesic drugs（morphine） in experimental group was significantly less than in control group（P〈0.05）.In experimental group,the perioperative dosage of analgesic drugs（morphine） was significantly reduced as compared with control group（P〈0.05）.On the postoperative h 2,24,and 48,VAS pain scores in experimental group were significantly lower than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative application of analgesic drugs can effectively relieve pain,and reduce opioid dosage and related side effects.
