我院2011年上半年抗菌药物应用分析

目的:观察我院2011年上半年抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:应用WHO规定的限定日剂量(DDD)方法对我院2011年1～6月的药物金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)和药物利用指数(DUI)进行分析,并对药物金额前20名进行排序、分析。结果:2011年上半年我院抗菌药物使用频率最高是头孢菌素类,其次为青霉素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类等。应用金额前20位抗菌药物的DUI<1,每个月总用药金额和总DDDs基本稳定。结论:我院上半年应用最多的抗生素是头孢菌素类,抗生素临床应用基本合理、科学。

Utilization Analysis of Antibacterials during the Fist Half of 2011 in Our Hospital

Objective:To observe the use of antibiotics in our hospital during the first half of 2011 for evaluating the rationality of the clinical use.Methods:Application of the provisions of the WHO recommended daily doses limit(defined daily dose,DDD),I made a statistical analysis the drug consumption amount,the usage rate of the antibiotic drugs(DDDs),the cost of daily drug use(DDC),drug utilization index(DUI) in our hospital during the fist half of 2011.Results:The most frequently antibiotics used in our hospital was cephalosporins during the first half of 2011,followed by penicillins,quinolones,macrolides and so on.DUI of the top 20 antibacterial drugs according to application amount were less than 1,the total amount of medication and the total DDDs were stable in each month from january to june in 2011.Conclusion:The most widely used antibiotic was cephalosporins in the fist half of 2011,and the clinical application of antibiotics was basically rational.
