唐山市小儿手足口病流行病学分析

目的:分析唐山市小儿手足口病的流行病学特征,为制订科学、合理的防控措施提供依据。方法:对唐山市2008~2010年手足口病患儿的流行病学资料(包括年龄、性别、地区分布)等做回顾性调查,同时对住院的所有HFMD患儿的流行病学、临床表现和实验室检查结果等做回顾性分析。结果:发现近3年唐山地区暴发了以EV71和CoxA16为主的手足口病。发病率逐渐增高,危重症增多,年龄集中在6岁以下散居儿童,以1岁组最多,男多于女。夏季多发,2010年发病高峰提前,秋末冬初仍高发。农村高于城市。结论:HFMP发病率逐渐增高,危重症增多,要做到早发现、早报告、早治疗。

The Epidemiological Analysis of Foot and Mouth Disease of Children in Tangshan City

Objective To analysis the epidemiological characteristics of children with hand,foot and mouth disease （HFMD） ,and to provide evidences for developing t scientifically rational prevention and management policy of this disease.Method The epidemiological data （including age,gender,geographical distribution） of children with HFMD were retrospectively investigated in Tangshan city during the years from 2008 to 2009,while the epidemiology,clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of all HFMD patients in hospital were also analyzed retrospectively.Results Found that the enter virus of HFMD were CoxA16 and EV71 nearly three years in Tangshan.The HFMD increase gradually,the age of the ill children with HFMD was mostly under 6 years old,and the incidence was the highest for 1 year old children,more male than female,prevalent in the summer,and it was found outbreak in advance of the peak incidence in 2010,still a high incidence of late autumn and early winter.And more in rural area than in urban area.Conclusion The in cidence of HFMP increases gradually,criticallyill increases,It should achieve early detection,early reporting,early treatment.
