摘    要:目的:探讨了原发性高血压患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。方法:分别应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥法对40例原发性高血压患者进行SOD和MDA的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:原发性高血压患者血清中SOD水平明显低于正常人组(P<0.01),随着血压的升高,SOD含量有下降的的趋势,呈显著负相关(r=-0.48);而MDA水平则明显高于正常人组(P<0.01),随着血压的升高,MDA含量有上升的趋势,呈显著正相关(r=0.54)。结论:血清SOD、MDA水平的变化与原发性高血压的发生和发展密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels in patients with essential hypertension.Method The content of SOD was determined with xanthosine oxidase method,MDA with thiobarbitone method in 40 cases of essential hypertension and 35 controls.Results In the patients,the SOD levels were significantly lower than those in controls(P〈0.01) and when the blood pressure increased,the content of SOD was decreased,and there was a distinct negative correlation(r = 0.48).But MDA levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P〈0.01) and when the blood pressure increased,the content of MDA was increased,and there was a distinct positive correlation(r = 0.54).Conclusion The levels of serum SOD and MDA are closely correlated to the severity of hypertension.
