| 摘 要： | 探讨PET／CT对恶性肿瘤立体适形放射治疗的应用价值。利用肿瘤组织对^18F—FDG的特异性摄取可以精确诊断和确定肿瘤的范围及全身转移的情况和多层CT精确解剖定位、同机融合图像对放射治疗前的诊断、放疗中的定位和指导靶区勾画、制定放疗计划、放疗后的复查都有很大的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective:The PET-CT particularity that examine a patient can use to malignant tumor in 3-D conformal radiotherapy whole process,and what tissue of tumor up take particularly of the 18 F-FDG can accurately diagnosis the scope of malignant tumor and whole body's circumstance that tumor transfer,and at the same time to enact the treatment plan,judge the curative effect after radiotherapy.To utilize superiority of multi-Spiral CT may accurately localize focal lesions. |
