人工蛇胆汁中胆汁酸的薄层色谱分析

摘    要:采用薄层色谱法考察了人工蛇胆汁的胆汁酸组成;以双波长薄层扫描法对人工蛇胆汁中的主要胆汗2酸成分牛磺胆酸、牛磺去氧胆酸(包括牛磺鹅去氧胆酸)进行了测定。薄层色谱斑点清晰;人工蛇胆汁中牛磺胆酸、牛磺去氧胆酸(扬牛磺鹅去氧胆酸)的含量分别为40.22mg/mL和2.35mg/mL。结果表明牛磺胆酸是人工蛇胆汁中的主要胆汁酸成分;薄层鉴别和含量测定方法简便、可靠,重现性好,可用于人工蛇胆汁的质量控制。

Analysis of Bile Acids in Artificial Snake Bile by TLC
Abstract:A TLC method was employed for qualitative identitication of bile acids and a TLCS method was used for content determination of taurocholic acid and taurodeoxycholic acid in artiticial snake bile. The results showed that the spots of bile acids on the TLC plate were obvious and the taurocholic acid and the taurodeoxycholic acid (including taurochenodeoxycholic acid) contents in artiticial snake bile were 40.22 mg/mL and 2.35 mg/mL respectively. It was concluded that taurocholic acid was the major constituent of bile acids in the artificial snake bile. The methods employed in this study can be used in the quality control of artificial snake bile because of their accuracy,convenience and good reproducibility.
