不同尼美舒利透皮制剂的体外释药及透皮特性研究

摘    要:目的比较尼美舒利(NIM)不同透皮吸收制剂的体外释药及透皮特性,以期筛选出较好的NIM透皮吸收制剂。方法采用Franz扩散池进行体外释放度试验;以离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,以NIM凝胶为对照,考察同剂量NIM混合型巴布剂、交联型巴布剂及贴剂的透皮特性。结果同浓度的不同NIM透皮吸收制剂的透皮速率依次为交联型巴布剂>混合型巴布剂>贴剂(P<0.01),释药速率依次为交联型巴布剂>混合型巴布剂>贴剂(P<0.01)。结论交联巴布剂可望成为NIM外用制剂的较好选择。

Abstract:Objective To compare the drug release and transdermal penetration in vitro of various nimesulide(NIM)-loaded transdermal preparations in order to choose the optimal transdermal preparation for NIM.Method Franz diffusion cells were applied to study the in vitro NIM release from the various preparations.By using isolated mouse skin as the penetration barrier,the drug release and transdermal penetration in vitro of various nimesulide transdermal absorption preparations,namely mixed type cataplasms,crossed type cataplasms and transdermal patches was studied.Result The experimental results showed that the order of permeation rate of NIM preparations was: crossed type cataplasms>mixed type cataplasms>patches(P<0.01),and the order of release rate was: crossed type cataplasms>mixed type cataplasms>patches(P<0.01).Conclusion Crossed type cataplasms could be promising choice for NIM external preparation.
