摘    要:目的探讨延胡索生物碱超声提取的最佳工艺。方法以浸膏得率与延胡索乙素质量分数为考察指标,通过L9(34)正交试验水平表考察乙醇体积分数、提取溶剂用量及提取时间对延胡索生物碱提取效果的影响,从而确定最佳提取工艺。结果延胡索生物碱提取的最佳工艺为加入7倍量50%(体积分数)乙醇,超声提取3次,每次45 min。结论该提取工艺合理、经济可行,适用于延胡索生物碱的提取。

Abstract:Objective To establish the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of the alkaloid from Corydalis.Methods The concentration and volume of alcohol,and time of extraction were investigated in an L9(34) orthogonal design with the content of tetrahydropalmatine and yield of total extract as indexes.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 50% alcohol of 7 times boiling for 45 min each time and 3 times in all.Conclusion This process is reasonable and feasible,which may be used to extract the alkaloid from Corydalis.
