摘    要:目的 研究一株产灵菌红素海洋细菌的生物学特性及其色素的性质、方法 描述该菌的形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征和拮抗性。结果 该菌次级代谢产物灵菌红素,随着pH的变化色素颜色会随之变化,在pH3.0左右稳定性最好;且在该pH值条件下,紫外线对色素的稳定性影响较小。结论 色素的热稳定性高;部分金属离子对该色素影响较小;作为天然色素及药物资源具有开发和应用价值。

Abstract:The biological characteristics of a novel prodigiosin-generating marine bacterium and the prodigiosin production were studied. The primary study on its morphological, culture and biochemical characteristics were carried out. The prodigiosin (PG) was sensitive to pH and ultraviolet radiation and it was the most stable at pH 3.0. The PG was not sensitive to temperature. Most metal ions had little effect on it. It was worthy to study as a kind of natural pigments and medical sources.
