COX-2及MUC1在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨COX-2反MUC在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及临床意义.方法:应用COX-2的单克降抗体及MUC1的单克降抗体,以SP免疫组织化学方法。对39例卵巢上皮癌.11例良性卵巢上皮癌和10例正常卵巢组织的石蜡标本作COX-2及 MUCl的检测,并分析卵巢上皮癌的临床病理资料.结果:①正常卵巢组织COX-2及MUCl均呈阴性表达,良性卵巢上皮瘤COX-2呈阴性表达,MUCI呈阳性表达.卵巢上皮癌中可有COX-2及MUCl表达,COX-2在正常卵巢.卵巢良性肿瘤与卵巢恶性肿瘤之间三者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01);MUCl在正常卵巢.卵巢良性,恶性肿瘤之间二者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01):卵巢上皮癌与卵巢上皮瘤相比二者的表达呈升高趋势,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);②COX-2的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型无关(P>0.05):MUCl的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型有关(P<0.05);③COX-2及MUCl的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的预后有关(P<0.05);结论:COX-2及MUCl可能是卵巢上皮癌发生的相关基因,与肿瘤的发展及转移有关.检测COX-2及MOCl可以估计卵巢上皮癌患者的预后,辅助指导临床化疗.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate correlation of cox-2 and mucl expression in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods: Two monoclonal antibodies, anti-cox-2 and anti-mud and were used in immunohistochemical reaction to measure Cox-2 and mucl paraffin section of 39 ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 11 ovarian tumor and 10 normal controls. And clinical pathological sections of ovarian epithelial-carcinoma were also examined. Results: (1)There was no expression of COX-2 and MUC1 in normal controls, but overexpression in some ovarian epithelial carcinoma. (2) COX-2 overexpression was not correlated with the clinical stages and histo-differentiation and pathological type of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P<0.05), MUC1 overexpression was correlated with the clinical stages and histo-differentiation and pathological type of ovarian epithelial carcinoma .(2)The overexpression of COX-2 and MUC1 was also correlated with prognosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P<0.05). Conclusion: COX-2 and MUC1 may be correlated with the occurrence of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, with advanced and metastasis also. The measurement of COX-2 and MUC1 could be used to evaluate the prognosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and to assist in chemotherapy.
