| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心脏起搏治疗对Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(Ⅲ度AVB)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响.方法 分别对20例Ⅲ度AVB患者及20例健康体检者(对照组)抽取静脉血备用,另对15例行临时心脏起搏治疗者分别于心脏起搏治疗前及起搏治疗24h后抽静脉血备用;用放射免疫法测定各组患者血浆BNP浓度进行统计分析.结果 Ⅲ度AVB患者血浆BNP浓度为(115±23)pg/mL,明显高于对照组的(27±14)pg/mL(P<0.01);15例行临时心脏起搏治疗者,起搏24h后血浆BNP浓度(40±13 Pg/mL)较起搏治疗前(103±17 pg/mL)明显降低(P<0.01),但仍未恢复至对照组水平.结论 心脏起搏治疗可使Ⅲ度AVB患者 已升高的血浆BNP浓度明显降低,并与患者血流动力学的恢复改善相一致.
