全反式维甲酸诱导对乳腺癌细胞放射敏感性影响的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨不同浓度全反式维甲酸(all-trans-retinoicacid,ATRA)分化诱导对乳腺癌细胞的放射敏感性影响.方法 MTT法检测细胞体外增殖能力,电镜形态学的观察,流式细胞仪进行细胞周期分析.结果 全反式维甲酸分化诱导乳腺癌A431细胞株,细胞增殖能力下降,凋亡增加,更多的细胞被阻止于G1/G0期,放射敏感性增强.结论 全反式维甲酸分化诱导能增强乳腺癌A431细胞株放射治疗敏感性,并与浓度成量效关系.

Abstract:Objective To study the radiative sensitity of the breast cancer cell treated of all-trans-retinoic acid(ATRA).Methods The cells after radiotherapy were treated with ATRA of different concentration.After 3days,the proliferation and differentiation of A431 cells were examined by the methods of MTT,the electron microscope,and cytometry analysis.Results ATRA could obviously inhibit the growth and the differentiation of A431 cells and there were more cell arrested in G1/G0 phase.The radiative sensitity was enhanced,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ATRA could enhance the radiative sensitity of the Breast Cancer cell.
