| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨p53蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者癌组织和外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)中的表达及其相关性,以期建立更为实用简便的化疗敏感性预测指标.方法 采用免疫荧光化学染色法检测49例手术NSCLC患者癌组织和PBL中突变p53蛋白的表达,并以健康人PBL中突变p53蛋白表达作为阴性对照.结果 p53蛋白在癌组织、NSCLC患者PBL和健康人PBL中的表达分别为63.26%(31/49)、59.18%(29/49)和5%(1/20),其中癌组织的p53蛋白表达与NSCLC患者PBL的表达呈正相关,20例健康人PBL中p53蛋白表达阳性率显著低于NSCLC患者(P＜0.01).p53的表达在NSCLC不同临床病理类型及分期间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在有无淋巴结转移患者间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 检测NSCLC患者PBL中p53蛋白表达可间接反应癌组织的p53蛋白表达状况.
