参黄散敷脐对肿瘤根治术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能不全的促康复临床初步研究

目的]评价参黄散敷脐在促进肿瘤根治术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能不全康复的有效性及安全性。方法]将浙江省中医院普外科2010年8月至2011年7月间收治的符合纳入标准的胃肠道肿瘤根治手术患者133例随机双盲分为治疗组(参黄散敷脐组)和对照组(安慰剂敷脐组)。评价两组在术后恢复、平均住院天数、住院费用和中医证侯临床疗效的差异。结果]治疗组术后排气和排便时间、恢复进食时间、住院时间等均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组的中医证侯疗效总有效率为91.3%,与对照组70.3%比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。两组住院费用未见明显差别(P0.05)。结论]参黄散敷脐能促进术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能不全的康复,增加患者舒适度,且安全可行。

Shen-huang-san Promoting Rehabilitation of Postoperative after Gastrointestinal Tumour Radical Operation Dysfunction

Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Shen-huang-san in promoting postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastrointestinal tumour radical operation.Methods] From august 2010 to July 2011,133 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomized and double-blinded to Shen-huang-san navel group and control group.The time of exhaust gas and stool,time to eat fluid and semi-fluid,clinical effect,length of hospitalization,post-operative expenses were evaluated.Results] The time of exhaust gas and stool,time to eat fluid and semi-fluid,exercise time per-day,lenth of hospitalization,clinical effect in Shen-huang-san navel group were better than those of control.Shen-huang-san navel group clinical total effective rate was 91.3%,in the control group,the clinical total effective rate was 70.3%,the difference was statistically significant.The two groups had no differences in cost of hospitalization.Conclusion] Shen-huang-san navel can decrease postoperative morbidity and mortality,increase patient＇s degree of comfort,and enhance the postoperative recovery.
