垂体腺瘤中医证候特征分析

目的]研究垂体腺瘤的中医证候特点。方法]用临床流行病学方法对200例垂体腺瘤患者进行调查,采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计,分析其证候特点。结果]垂体腺瘤以痰湿内阻型最多见。在无功能型垂体瘤患者中,以痰湿内阻证患者为主（88.5%）;泌乳素（PRL）型垂体腺瘤患者中,脾肾阳虚证患者为主（41.4%）;生长激素（GH）型垂体腺瘤患者以痰湿内阻证为主（92.0%）;促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）型垂体腺瘤为主（71.4%）;促甲状腺激素（TSH）型垂体腺瘤患者主要表现为肝肾阴虚证,占100%。200例垂体腺瘤患者中,表现最多的临床症状为月经失调或性功能改变,占85.5%。结论]垂体腺瘤以痰湿内阻型最多见,其主要病机为痰瘀互结。

Feature Analysis on TCM Syndromes of Pituitary Adenoma

Objective] To study the TCM syndromes features of pituitary adenoma（PA）. Method] Make investigation to 200 cases of pituitary adenoma patients to analyse their syndromes features. Result] PA is mostly of type of sputum wetness blocked inside, in non-functional PA patients, this type occupies 88.51%; in PRL PA cases, most are of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, occupying 41.4%; in GH PA cases, most are sputum wetness blocked inside, 92%; in ACTH PA patients, most are Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,71.4%;in TSH PA patients, most are of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, 100%; in 200 cases, there＇re 85.5%. Conclusion] PA is mostly sputum wetness blocked inside, with main mechanism of sputum and stasis intermingled.
