消化道恶性肿瘤患者团体心理疗法的效果观察

目的观察心理筛查指导下团体疗法对消化道恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪及自尊水平的影响。方法将该院近期收治的62 例消化道恶性肿瘤心理状况不良患者按随机数字法等分为个体疗法组（n =31）和团体疗法组（n =31），个体疗法组以个体形式对患者进行心理干预治疗3 周，团体疗法组以团体形式对患者进行心理干预治疗3周，比较两组患者治疗后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪改善效果及自尊水平改善效果。结果两组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评得分均有所降低，且团体疗法组患者治疗后的焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评得分均低于个体疗法组（p <0.05）。两组患者治疗后自尊自评量表得分均有所提升，且团体疗法组患者治疗后的自尊自评量表得分高于个体疗法组（p <0.05）。团体疗法组治疗总有效率高于个体疗法组（p <0.05）。结论心理筛查指导下的团体疗法对消化道恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪改善效果优于个体疗法，且对患者自尊心的提升效果也优于个体疗法，是一种理想的消化道恶性肿瘤患者心理干预治疗方案，值得临床推广。

Effect of psychological group therapy on patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumors

Objective To observe the effect of group therapy on anxiety, depression and self-esteem in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract based on the guidance of psychological screening. Methods Sixty-two digestive tract cancer patients with presence of psychological symptoms were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups: individual therapy group who received the treatment individually for 3 weeks (n = 31) and group therapy group who received the treatment as a group for 3 weeks (n = 31). Anxiety, depression and self-esteem in the two groups were evaluated after different therapeutic strategies. Results The two groups showed improvement in anxiety, depression and self -esteem, and the patients receiving group treatment benefited more when compared to the patients in the individual group, especially in self-esteem (p < 0.05). Conclusions Curative effect of group therapy is more beneficial, in aspect of anxiety, depression and self-esteem, in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract based on the guidance of psychological screening when compared to individual therapy. Group therapy is an ideal therapeutic strategy which is worth clinical application.
