南瓜荞麦混合喂饲对糖尿病大鼠降糖作用的观察

目的:观察南瓜、荞麦混合喂饲对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法:将成年健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、糖尿病模型组、南瓜对照组和南瓜荞麦治疗组。采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶法制备大鼠糖尿病模型,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖浓度,观察各组大鼠饮水量、摄食量、体重和血糖的变化。结果:南瓜荞麦治疗组和南瓜对照组大鼠饮水量(64.3±7.9)ml、(81.7±10.5)ml]、摄食量(32.1±2.7)g、(38.8±5.4)g]、血糖(8.33±1.85)mmol/L、(11.92±2.83)mmol/L],均较模型组(151.4±9.8)ml、(45.3±3.2)g、(24.78±3.51)mmol/L]有显著降低。南瓜荞麦治疗组和南瓜对照组大鼠体重(224.6±7.5)g、(221.0±10.3)g],较模型组(194.0±11.2)g]有显著提高。南瓜荞麦治疗组的饮水量、摄食量及血糖均较南瓜对照组有显著减少,其体重较南瓜对照组有显著增加。结论:南瓜荞麦混合饲养对糖尿病大鼠具有一定的治疗作用,且疗效较南瓜单独饲养明显增加。

The observation of hypoglycemic effect of pumpkin and buckwheat on diabetic rats

Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of pumpkin and buckwheat on diabetic rats.Methods: Forty male and adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups,a blank control group,a diabetic model group,a pumpkin control group,and a therapeutic group,Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan,Plasma glucose level was measured using glucose oxidase method,and variations of the daily water intake,food intake,body weight and plasma glucose in rats of each group were investigated.Results: In rats of the therapeutic group and the pumpkin control group,water intake (64.3±7.9)ml and(81.7±10.5)ml],food intake (32.1±2.7)g and(33.8±5.4)g] and plasma glucose level (8.33±1.85)mmol/l and(11.92±2.83)mmol/l] were significant lower than those of the diabetic model group,which were (151.4±9.8)ml、(45.3±3.2)g 、(24.78±3.51)mmol/l] respectively.The body weights of the therapeutic group and the pumpkin control group were(221.0±10.3)g and(224.6±7.5)g] respectively,which were significant higher than that of the diabetic model group,which was(194.0±11.2)g.There were a significant increase in water intake,food intake and plasma glucose level and a significant decrease in body weights in the therapeutic group compared with the pumpkin control group.Conclusion: Mixed feed of pumpkin and buckwheat has certain therapeutic effect on diabetic rats,and has a noticeable in curative effect compared with those fed with pumpkin alone.
