内乡县主要死因对居民期望寿命的影响

本文在全死因寿命表的基础上,应用去死因寿命表的方法,计算寿命的差数,比较、分析了8组主要死因对内乡县农村居民平均期望寿命的影响。1988～1990年与1974～1976年相比,因恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病和意外死亡损失的寿命数有不同程度的增加;传染病、肺结核、呼吸系病和消化系病则下降。综合分析损失的寿命数和百分比,可见8组死因对各年龄组人群的影响不同:传染病和肺结核主要影响婴幼儿;而恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管病则主要影响中老年人;呼吸系病和消化系病影响以婴幼儿和老年人为主;意外死亡则以婴幼儿和青壮年为主。

INFLUENCE OF THE CHIEF CAUSES OF DEATH ON LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE INHABITANTS OF NEIXIANG COUNTY

On the basis of the list of all causes of death and life expectancy and through the appli- cation of the methods offered by the list in this paper,calculation,comparison and analysis were made of the differences of the 8 groups of deaths and their influence on the average life span of rural inhabi- tants of Neixiang county.Results showed that cases of life span shortened because of malignant tu- mours,heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases as well as accidental deaths increased in varying de- grees in the period of 1988 to 1990,as compared with the period between 1974 to 1976,By contrast, cases of shortened life span arising from infectious diseases,pulmon-ary tuberculosis and diseases of therespiratory and digestive systems were on the decline.judging from the comprehensive analysis of the figure of shortened life expectancy and the percentages,it was found that these 8 groups of causes of death exert- ed varying influence on the relevant whole population each year.Specifically and chiefly speaking,infectious diseases and pulmonary IB made impact on infants and young children.while the able-bodied and the elderly were greatly influenced by malignant tumours,heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases.As for diseases of the respiratory and digestive systems they gave their impact to both the young and infants alike.In accidental deaths,the influence was chiefly seen in infants and young people.
