规范化护理培训在手术室中的应用

目的:探索手术室规范化护理培训的方法及其培训效果。方法:对广西中医药大学第一附属医院25名手术室护理人员进行规范化护理培训,对培训前后护理人员的执业能力及患者满意度进行比较。结果:经过规范化培训后,护理人员的执业能力均较培训前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对手术室护理人员的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经过规范化护理培训后,手术室护理人员的执业能力得到了全面提高,并且患者满意度明显提高,为临床护理工作的健康发展奠定良好基础。

The application of the standardized nursing training in the operating room

Objective： To explore the method and effect of the standardized nursing training in the operating room. Methods ： 25 nurses in the operating room attended the standardized nursing train- ing. The practice ability and service satisfactory before and after the training were compared. Re- sults： The practice ability of the nurses were improved significantly after the standardized nursing training （P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction scores also were increased significantly after the standardized nursing training （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The practice ability and service satisfactory of the nur- ses in the operating room were improved significantly after standardized nursing training, which laid a good foundation for the healthy development of the clinical nursing work.
