妊高征红细胞膜胆固醇及磷脂含量的变化

目的：探讨妊高征与红细胞膜胆固醇及磷脂含量的关系。方法：采用比色法及全自动生化分析仪对２４例健康未孕妇女，２２例正常妊娠妇女及３６例妊高征患者进行了红细胞膜胆固醇及磷脂含量的测定。结果：中、重度妊高征组红细胞膜胆固醇含量明显高于其他各组（Ｐ＜００１）；轻度妊高征组膜胆固醇含量与正常妊娠组间无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）；各组间红细胞膜磷脂含量差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：红细胞膜胆固醇含量升高参与了妊高征的病理生理过程。

Change of erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and phospholipid content in pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective : To study the cause of decreased erythrocyte deformability and povide the basis for preventing and treating pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods: The cholesterol and the phospholipid content of erythrocyte membrane in 24 normotensive nonpregnant nulliparous women,22 normotensive pregnant women and 36 cases in PIH wes estimated using automatic biochemical analysor and modified colorimetric method.Results: The cholesterol content of the erythrocyte membrane was obviously higher in the group with moderate and severe PIH than in the normotensive pregnancise ( P <0 01).There was no significant difference between mild PIH group and the normotensive pregnant group( P >0 05).the phospholipid contents did not differ( P >0 05) among these groups.Conclusion: The cholesterol content increase of the erythrocyte membrane involved in the pathophysiology of PIH .The cholesterol content of the erythrocyte membrane probably reflected the level of plasma cholesterol.
