狼疮性肾炎感染与非感染患者之间淋巴细胞亚群的差异

目的:了解系统性红斑狼疮-狼疮性肾炎(SLE-LN)患者感染者与非感染者之间外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的差异。方法:应用流式细胞仪对25例SLE-LN合并感染患者及25例SLE-LN不合并感染患者的外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果:与未感染组相比,感染组患者的CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、NK细胞显著降低,B细胞显著升高。SLE-LN患者感染者与非感染者之间的淋巴细胞亚群水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫活性细胞介导的免疫机制在SLE-LN合并感染中起重要作用。

Differences of the lymphocyte subsets between infected and uninfected patients with lupus nephritis

Objective： To investigate the differences of the lymphocyte subsets between infected and uninfected patients with lupus nephritis. Methods： Lymphocyte subsets of pripherial blood in 25 infected patients with systemic lupus erythematosus-lupus nephritis （SLE-LN） and 25 uninfected patients with SLE-LN were detected. Results： Compared with the uninfected group, CD3 ＋ cells, CD3＋ CD4＋ cells, CD3＋ CD8 ＋ cells and NK cells significantly decreased, B cells increased in in- fected group. There were differences of the lymphocyte subsets between infected and uninfected pa- tients with lupus nephritis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The immunologic mechanism mediated by immunocompetent cells may play an important role in infected patients with lupus nephritis.
