依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

目的:本文旨在探讨依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙在急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)治疗中的临床应用。方法:选取2011年2月至2012年12月间在郑州市郑工医院就诊治疗的168例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组84例;对照组给予奥扎格雷钠+基础治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉+低分子肝素钙,观察分析两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分以判定疗效。结果:研究组患者神经功能缺损程度评分改善程度明显优于对照组,研究组患者的总有效率(97.62%)明显高于对照组(89.29%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死安全可靠,临床效果较好。

The clinical observation of edavarone combined with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of edavarone combined with sodium ozagrel and low-moleclllar-weight heparins calcium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods ： 168 patients with ACI from February 2011 to December 2012 in the Zhenggong Company Group Hospital were randomly divided into the research group （84 cases）and the control group （84 cases）. The control group were given routine treatment （sodium ozagrel and basic treatment） , the research group were given edaravone and low-molecular-weight heparins calcium on the basis of routine treatment. The efficacy was evaluated according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） before and after treatment. Results ： The neurological deficiency score improvement degree in the research group was better than in the control group, the efficacy of research group （97.62%） was higher than that of the control group （89.29%）, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of edavarone with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium to treat ACI was not only safe but also effective.
