| 摘 要： | 目的：观察化痰活血通窍汤治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床疗效。方法：100例脾虚湿困、痰瘀阻窍证阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,采用化痰活血通窍汤治疗,观察临床疗效。结果：显效54例,有效36例,无效10例,有效率为90.0%;改善呼吸紊乱指数（AHI）及夜间最低血氧饱和度（Sa O2）,明显减少呼吸暂停次数。结论：化痰活血通窍汤是一种治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征有效的中药复方。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods： 100 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnancy,and phlegm-blood stasis resistance orifice syndrome in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were treated with Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction,and observed clinical effect. Results： 54 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,10 cases were invalid,efficiency of 90. 0%. After treatment,AHI,night Sa O2,and apnea frequency decreased significantly. Conclusion： Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction is a kind of effective Chinese herbal compound in treating obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. |
