| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气活血化瘀中药对血瘀模型大鼠血管内皮功能的保护作用.方法:采用腹腔注射地塞米松的方法制备大鼠血瘀模型,观察益气活血化瘀中药对血浆内皮素(ET)、组织型纤溶酶源激活剂(tPA)及纤溶酶源激活物抑制剂(PAI)的影响.结果:益气活血化瘀中药可明显降低血瘀模型大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)及纤溶酶源激活物抑制剂(PAI)的水平(P＜0.01),改善组织型纤溶酶源激活剂(tPA)的水平(P＜0.01).结论:益气活血化瘀中药对血管内皮功能有显著的保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the protective effection of yiqihuoxuehuayu compand chinese medicine on vascular endothelial function in hypostasis model rats. Method: hypostasis model was induced by injecting dexamenthasone and observed the influence of yiqihuoxuehuayu compand chinese medicine on ET, tPA and PAI. Results: It can lower the level of ET and PAI obviously(P<0.01), at the same time, it can improve the level of tPA(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqihuoxuehuayu compand chinese medicine can protect vascular endothelial function obviously. |
