| 摘 要： | 目的:研究小剂量疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞的有效性和安全性,并初步探讨其作用机制.方法:125例进展性脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组63例和对照组62例.治疗组予疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗;对照组单用低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组治疗前后神经功能改善情况及凝血指标变化.结果:治疗组有效率87.30%,对照组有效率62.90%,两组均有效,组间差异具有统计学意义,且治疗组凝血功能有明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义.结论:小剂量疏血通联合低分子肝素钙比单用低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞更合理、有效,其机制与凝血功能的改变有关.
