股骨近端髓内钉在股骨转子周围骨折中的应用

目的：探讨应用股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）治疗股骨转子周围骨折的疗效。方法：50例股骨转子周围骨折患者应用PFN治疗，患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月复查x线片，评价骨折愈合情况，并发症发生情况，采用Harris评分标准对髋关节功能恢复情况进行评价。结果：48例成功随访3—15个月，均获得骨性愈合。术后出现股骨颈螺钉退出、同时髋螺钉向内侧切出2例。按照Harris髋关节评分，有效率达93．75％。结论：PFN治疗股骨转子周围骨折具有手术创伤小、固定可靠，可早期功能锻炼等优势，通过提高手术技术可避免其并发症发生，可作为股骨转子周围骨折首选内固定物。

Study of Proximal Femoral Intramedullary Nail in Treatment of Femoral Peritrochanteric Fractures

Chaozhou Xiangqiao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chaozhou Guangdong China 521011 Abstract ： Objective ： To investigate the application of proximal femoral nail （ PFN ） treatment of peritrochanteric femoralfracture. Meth-ods ： 50 cases of femoral peritrochanteric fractures patients were treated with PFN. X-rays of patients were reexamined one month,three months, six months postoperative. Fracture healing and complications occurrence were evaluated. The recovery of hip joint function was evaluated by Harris scores. Results：48 cases successful follow up for 3 to 15 months and all got bony healing. Postoperative delayed u- nion of fracture withfemoral neck screws to exit the Leases，femoral neck screw back out，at the same time here to the medial cut hip screwin 2 cases. According to the Harris hip score，the excellent and good rate was 93.15% . Conclusin PFN treatment of femoral per-itrochanteric fractures with operation trauma，reliable fixation，stress distribution，rotation preventing function，early exercise，which can- improve the operationt echnique to avoid complications, is fixed to the femoralperitrochanteric fractures ideal fixation.
