男性不育患者精子质量和血清抗精子抗体分析

目的分析男性不育患者精子质量（密度、活率及活力）及其血清抗精子抗体的影响。方法采用ELISA法检测患者血清中抗精子抗体,用伟力彩色精子质量检测系统动态观察精子的密度、活率及活力。结果男性不育患者精子密度、活率、a级精子及a＋b级精子均明显低于正常生育组（57.66±11.88）×10^6/ml,（71.24±10.45）%,（39.47±8.24）%,（66.22±10.38）%v（s12.28±9.09）×10^6/ml,（34.46±10.02）%,（7.46±6.48）%,（21.03±11.21）%,P〈0.01。不育男性AsAb阳性组上述各指标也低于AsAb阴性组（P〈0.01）。结论男性不育患者精子密度、活率及活力均下降,同时血清抗精子抗体（AsAb）也可影响这些指标。

The analysis of sperm quality and antisperm antibodies in male infertility patients

Objective To analyze the sperm quality （density, motility rate and activity rate）and antisperm antibodies in male infertility patients. Methods Five hundred cases of semen in male infertility patients were analyzed with WEILI computer assisted sperm analysis （CASA）, and their antisperm antibody were tested in the serum with ELISA method. They were also divided into AsAb positive group （n=109） and negative group （n=391）.At the same time,70 fertile males were chosen as control group. Results The sperm quality of male infertility group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The sperm density in infertility group was （57.66 ± 11.88） ×10^6/ml, whereas （12.28 ± 9.09） × 10^6/ml in the fertility group,P〈0.01.The motility and activity rate were lower too （P〈0.01）. When AsAb was positive, the sperm quality was lower than that of negative group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Density, survival rate and activity rate of semen in male infertility patients were lower. The present of AsAb did affect the variables in semen.
